Before i begin any work for the client, i will confirm via email, what we have agreed to so that both parties understand the plan and is happy with the research to go ahead.

NO PAYMENT is requested until a free assesment of your requirements has been conducted. This means you do not pay for research which is unlikely to provide positive results.

It is the clients responsibility to make sure the information they have provided to start the search, is correct and verified as true. This is to avoid researching the wrong line and to ensure research isn't duplicated.

Deposits are to be paid ahead of work commencing to ensure you get booked in. The rate of deposits is half the cost of the package selected. The remaining half is due upon completion. Receipts will be provided for all transactions.
Birth,Marriage and Death Certicates

If the client would like original copies of any certificates for a particular person, ie, Birth, Marriage or Death, then these are charged extra and payable by the client. You will be charged the exact cost of purchse with no hidden extras on top. Price and proof of cost will be agreed with the client before purchase.

I provide copies of any birth, marriage or death certificates i find during the research as standard in my packages. These cannot be guaranteed and are on a basis of availability

When taking your order, i will need your name, address, email address and contact number.

I will also need details of living individuals along with the deceased for the sole purpose of research. These will include, name, date of birth, birthplace, marriage, place of marriage and number of children.

NONE of your details will be shared with anyone other than myself, and will all be kept safe and private in a LOCKED private filing cabinet
